Had great stay in a long time. It had very central location close to Harrogate Convention Centre. Hotel's reception was excellent with helpful personnel.

The hotel met requirements, it was a really great stay in a long time. The room was huge, with very comfy beds. Everything seemed good, clean. The staff were superfriendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

The stay was absolutely pleasant. It was fairly clean, staff was especially helpful. Perfect location, a short walk to excellent area. Everything was very clean and within 25 minutes' drive of Leeds Bradford airport.

it was clean, everyone was super-friendly. the room was gorgeous and fabulous, we enjoyed it. the offered breakfast was delightful and included plenty of options. efficient location, just a short walk away from birk crag.

The staff were funny; it was exceptional value. Very central location, not too far from Almscliffe Crag. Room was beautiful, bed was lovely. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of slices of fresh bread and pastries to satisfy every guest.

Location was fab, staff were friendly EFFICIENT, very early check-in. It was close to Harrogate downtown. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was extraordinary. Services were efficient too.

Top rated, tidy place and residential area. We had breads and pastries for breakfast, it was lovely. The staff was highly professional, we had helpful and everything was nice. Restaurant in hotel was fabulous and the pool area was amazing
